Return & Refund Policy – Tekram

At Tekram, we value our customers’ satisfaction and aim to provide a safe and reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and cancellation policy below:

  1. Order Cancellation

  • Tekram or the vendor reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

    • Product is out of stock or unavailable.

    • Delivery address is outside the coverage area.

    • Force majeure or unavoidable circumstances.

  1. Returns

  • Customers may request a return in the following cases:

    • Damaged product or incorrect item received.

    • Expired product (for food or medicine).

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof or evidence.

  1. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued either to the Tekram in-app wallet or to the original payment method (when possible).

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after approval.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Ready-to-eat food or beverages once opened.

  • Medicines after delivery (unless expired or incorrect).

  • Promotional or discounted items unless defective.

  1. Liability

  • Tekram is not responsible for delays or damages caused by vendors, but we will work closely with our partners to resolve the issue quickly.
