At Tekram, we strive to provide a smooth and flexible ordering experience. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel an order before it has been prepared or dispatched for delivery.
Once the order is being prepared or has been dispatched, cancellation is only possible in exceptional cases and subject to support team approval.
Cancellation by Tekram or Vendor
An order may be canceled in the following cases:
Item is unavailable or out of stock.
Delivery address is outside the coverage area.
Delivery partner is unable to contact or reach the customer.
Force majeure or unavoidable circumstances.
Refunds
If the order was prepaid, the refund will be processed to the Tekram wallet or to the original payment method (when available).
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear.
